Naming What Is
Day 2 - 12 Days of Clarity
Clarity deepens when you name what is actually happening.
Not what you wish it were.
Not what you’ve been telling yourself to survive.
Not what sounds better out loud.
Naming is an act of honesty. It doesn’t require solutions or next steps. It simply requires truth.
Many of us avoid naming things because we’re afraid of what comes after. We think if we name it, we’ll be forced to do something about it. But clarity doesn’t rush you. It steadies you.
What remains unnamed has a quiet power. It shapes decisions, drains energy, and keeps you carrying things you were never meant to hold long term.
Naming doesn’t make things heavier.
It makes them clearer.
You are allowed to tell the truth without fixing it today. You are allowed to acknowledge what’s present without judging yourself for it.
Clarity grows when you stop negotiating with reality.
You don’t have to solve it today.
Just tell the truth about it.
